| > Above rates are subject to availability. > Cancellation charges as per company policy. > Rates are subject to change without prior notice. > All bookings and confirmations are subject to availability. > Room category in all packages are the base category rooms. > Payments in hotel or our local office, if any, shall be cash only. > Children of 12 years and above will be treated as adult person. > Balance 75% to be paid at least 15 DAYS before departure to Leh. > 25% advance (Non Refundable) to be deposited for booking of the tour. > These rates shall not apply during any Meetings, Incentive, Conference, trade fair, New Year eve, Charismas etc. > Any increase in the fuel charges or taxes, which may come into effect prior to the departure, will lead to an increase in the Tour price. > In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised. |
